I enjoy working with others in addressing the challenges that we encounter on a regular basis, because I have had my shares of failures and successes. My passion is to share those experiences with you, whether it is through a book, blog, video, training or coaching because I will never forget where I came from. This is what creates my natural connection to those who I encounter regardless of race, religion, or background.
